Konstantin V. Kuranov

Konstantin Kuranov, 55, has graduated the Moscow State University and made a career in the energy field. He was the person in charge of all Soviet nuclear energy economical matters for the five years in the position first as an Adviser to the Nuclear Energy Minister and then the Deputy (Economics) Nuclear Energy Minister. He continued his career as the Senior Execitive Vice-President at the AtomStroyExport, the exclusive company in charge of Nuclear Power Stations development and construction. He later held advisory positions is Gazprom-related companies.

At various times he was the co-founder and member of board of VostokGazprom (Tomsk), different companies dealing in gold, diamonds and emeralds.

Married, has a daughter.

Kirill V. Chashchin Dipl.-Ing., CFE

Kirill Chashchin, 40, graduated the Moscow Aviation Institute.

He was a co-founder and the chief of international department of the National News Service (Moscow, Russia), held positions at the Kremlin-related thinktank Effective Policy Foundation (more in Russian), was a publisher of "The Big Breach: From Top Secret to Maximum Security", the controversial book by Richard Tomlinson.

Mr Chashchin has extensive executive level contacts in US, UK, Africa, India, Indonesia, leveraging those contacts into the synergy of deals and projects.

Mr Chashchin is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, member of Institute of Internal Auditors.

Married, has a son.
